Corporate Culture
Values that don't translate into concrete actions are just words on a wall. These four principles correspond to actions we actually put into practice.
Quality First
Every data point on the quality certificate must come from the inspection record of this batch. We would rather decline an order than issue a certificate that doesn't match the actual product.
Done, Not Promised
Delivery commitments are based on capacity and shipping schedule. Before scheduling production, we verify the feasible date; once committed, we track it by milestones through to shipment.
Sharing Risks with the Customer
We take part in material selection and standard confirmation from the earliest stage, and clarify potential problem points before quoting.
Long-Term Vision
The export business is sustained by repeat orders, not one-off sales; customer technical requirements improve our production and document management.
Four Points Applied to the Process
| Values | How We Do It | Verifiable Methods |
|---|---|---|
| Quality First | Certificate data comes directly from the batch inspection record, no templates | Request the original inspection record for any batch |
| Done, Not Promised | Before scheduling, we confirm a viable delivery date and track by milestones through to shipment | Comparison between contractual date and actual shipment date |
| Shared Commitment with the Customer | Before quoting, we explain the critical points (standard differences, tolerances, packaging) | Risk advisory clauses in the quotation |
| Long-Term Vision | Customer technical requirements are added to the product and document improvement list | Verify whether improvements from the previous objection were implemented |
